A Christening is not just about giving your child a name, it is about promising to bring up your newborn in a Christian way, and introducing Godparents who will make a similar lifetime commitment.
Whilst a charge is not made for the Christening service a donation plate will be available for donations to help cover running expenses associated with the Church.
